For over forty years, Redat S.p.A. has been a top name in the turbocharger and diesel injection business, with more than 25.000 specific products and affirming its name in the spare parts market for the most modern COMMON RAIL systems and keeping the service on the most popular pump models as well.

Furthermore Redat S.p.A. is from over thirty years a reference point in the turbocharger equipment and in AUTOMECHANIKA FRANKFURT 2010 we showcase our well known balancing and calibration machines.

"TurboMax 10" is the balancing machine for turbocharger rotors that sets the sweet spot between high technology and ease of use: the turbocharger rotor can be balanced dynamically both separately (turbine wheel and compressor wheel) and assembled.

Another turbocharger balancing machine is the MRV-2 which completes the job of TurboMax 10, Redat offers its maximum synthesis between experience and functionality in the production of this VSR for core assemblies.

The MRV-2 operates on the Centre Housing and Rotating Assembly (CHRA) of the turbocharger checking the actual final dynamic balance before the installation on the engine.

The MRV-2 features an air tank that allows it to operate even when the plant pressure is not particularly high (down to a minimum of 7 bar); it also features internal silencers and a certified insulation system, it is compact and ready for use.

To complete the range of turbocharger equipment, at AUTOMECHANIKA FRANKFURT 2010 Redat S.p.A. offers the "GateTest3", a device that allows to test the calibration of pneumatic actuators both on pressure and void. Equipped with a true PC-Monitor with 8.4 inches display, it is compact and with a portable interface it allows to test the functioning of new generation electronic actuators, where possible, directly on board the vehicle.
